Crescent Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) cans Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked ham
4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 2 large cookie sheets.
In a medium bowl, combine chicken, ham, mushrooms and cheese.
Separate crescent roll dough into 12 rectangles.
Firmly press perforations to seal. Spoon rounded 1/2 cupful of chicken mixture onto center of each rectangle.
Pull 4 corners of dough to center. Crimp edges to seal.
Place on prepared cookie sheets.
Brush with beaten egg. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 14 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 12 servings.
