Raisin Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    graham crackers
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients and boil 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
    This mixture sticks easily so it needs to be cooked on low heat.
    Remove from heat and add raisins and coconut. Mixture may be poured on a layer of graham crackers in a pan and then topped with another layer of crackers.
    Pull apart when cold. You may also let mixture cool and spread on crackers like a sandwich.
    Keep in refrigerator.
