Raspberry Bavarian Pie(Wonderful Hot Weather Dessert) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
1 chocolate flavored ready crust (graham cracker ) or regular graham cracker crust
Preparation

Combine raspberries with a cup of water.
Heat to boiling, crushing berries with a spoon to extract juice.
Strain and measure the juice.
Add enough water to make 3 cups of liquid. Pour over the gelatin and stir until gelatin dissolves.
Chill until thickened.
If gelatin mixture becomes too hard, microwave it for 10 seconds on Full power, until softened.
Beat with rotary beater until foamy.
Gently fold in whipped cream into gelatin mixture and turn into crust and chill until firm.
Serves 6.
