Quick Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 chicken bouillon cube, crushed
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. each oregano and garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1 bag cooked Success rice (about 2 c.)
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine first seven ingredients. Cook rice and drain.
    Simmer other ingredients 10 minutes.
    Add cooked rice. Stir to mix.
    Garnish with green onion and serve.
