Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. baked sweet potatoes
    dash of salt
    little hot milk
    pitted prunes
Preparation
    Season baked sweet potatoes with salt and milk.
    Mash up good. Form into balls.
    Press a pitted prune which has been soaked. The prune should not be visible.
    Dip the balls in bread crumbs and egg.
    Brown the balls in deep fat.
    Serve at once.
