Sausage Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box seasoned croutons
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. cooked, drained pork sausage
    sliced mushrooms (if desired)
    pimentos (if desired)
    sliced black olives (if desired)
    green chiles (if desired)
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix together first 7 ingredients and put in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Mix eggs, milk and dry mustard well.
    Pour over top of casserole.
    Let it set overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
