Herbed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large chicken breasts, cut in half (and thighs)
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
salt and pepper
1/4 c. margarine or butter
3/4 c. Sauterne cooking wine
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1/4 tsp. crushed thyme
Preparation

Lightly season chicken with salt and pepper.
Brown in butter in skillet. Arrange browned chicken, skin side down in 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
