Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    dash of nutmeg
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Beat with mixer until batter is blended well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 minutes to golden brown.
