Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. pumpkin (1/2 can)
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Pour into a greased and waxed cookie sheet.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup of chopped nuts on top and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Loosen edges of cake with knife and turn upside down on tea towel. Remove waxed paper and roll towel and cake into jelly roll.
    Let cool completely.
