Finnish Oven Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    4 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter/100 sq. inch of pan
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Using any pans with 2-inch sides, melt butter in pans.
    Pour in batter (which will be very thin).
    Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are crisp, golden brown and bubbly on top.
    Serve at once with syrup or jellies.
    Above makes about 3 (9 x 12-inch) pans or 400 square inch of total pans.
    (An 8-inch square pan has 64 square inches; a 9 x 12-inch has 108.)
    This makes enough for 6 to 8 people.
    It is a fun supper.
