Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) creamed corn
    1 c. milk
    1 well-beaten egg
    1 c. bread crumbs (may use cracker crumbs)
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion or onion powder to taste
    1/2 c. bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix corn, milk and egg.
    Add 1 cup crumbs, onion, salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into greased 8-inch round baking dish.
    Top with 1/2 cup crumbs.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
