Tuscany Crostini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sm. can chopped black olives
    1/2 c. finely chopped green olives with pimento
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 c. grated jack cheese
    1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
    2 crushed and chopped garlic cloves
    1 long skinny French baquette in 1 inch slices
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, adding parsley and jack cheese last. Spread on baquette slices and put under the broiler until bubbly and lightly toasted.
    Serve immediately.
