Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef, cubed
    3 large tomatoes
    5 large white potatoes
    1 lb. fresh carrots
    1 lb. string beans
    16 oz. corn (fresh or canned)
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    16 oz. tomato paste
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Boil beef in a large pot for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
    Peel, cut and add potatoes to pot.
    Add fresh carrots, corn and celery. Let cook for one hour.
    Add tomato sauce and tomato paste.
    Let cook for 15 minutes.
    Slice tomatoes and place on top of stew.
    Let simmer for 15 minutes or until the soup has thickened.
    Can be served over a bed of rice or by itself.
