Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. zucchini
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, chopped
1/4 c. American cheese, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
sunflower seeds
1 tsp. margarine
salt
Preparation
-
Saute onion in margarine until clear.
Steam zucchini until almost tender.
Add all ingredients and place in buttered casserole.
Top with buttered bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
