Glenhorn Oatcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. rolled oats
2/3 tsp. salt
5 oz. shortening
Preparation
-
Blend dry ingredients.
Blend with water and shortening into a dough.
Roll out 1/4 to 1/3-inch thick.
Cut into squares.
Bake on ungreased sheet at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes only.
Makes approximately 1 dozen large cakes.
