Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add sugar, vanilla and oil; blend well.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
    Blend into creamed mixture.
    Fold in the nuts.
    Turn into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 2-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
