Pineapple Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. flour (unsifted)
2 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with own juice
1 stick softened margarine
Preparation

Mix all in bowl.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Can keep several days in refrigerator. Frost with buttercream or cream cheese frosting.
