Old Time Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. milk
    4 eggs
    pinch of salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Pour into deep pie shell.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
