Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. squash, cooked
    3/4 stick oleo
    2 eggs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. chopped onion or just enough to taste
    dash of black pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender and drain.
    Add oleo, salt, pepper and milk.
    Mix well.
    Add beaten eggs, onion, cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes (uncovered).
