Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. rhubarb, cut into small pieces
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar together; add egg.
    Beat thoroughly and add rhubarb.
    Line pie pan with pastry and pour in filling.
    Cover with top crust or lattice and bake in a very hot oven (425\u00b0) for 10 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to moderate (350\u00b0) and bake 35 minutes longer.
    Makes one 9-inch pie.
