Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced raw apples
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Blend all ingredients except apples and raisins, then add apples and raisins.
Stir just to mix.
If mixture is too dry, add a little orange juice.
Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
