Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. granulated sugar
1 (3 oz.) can coconut
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
2 (9-inch) pie shells, unbaked
Preparation

Combine eggs and sugar in mixing bowl.
Blend; add coconut, pineapple, butter, vanilla and salt.
Blend well.
Pour into pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
