Red Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. hot red peppers (varies)
    7 medium onions
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions, saving juice.
    Combine juice and other ingredients.
    Boil 30 minutes.
    Pack into sterilized pint jars.
    Seal at once.
    Needs to be hot when put in jars.
