Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 to 8 large potatoes, cubed
1 small onion, diced
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 small box Velveeta cheese
5 to 6 slices bacon
olives (optional)
Preparation

Boil potatoes until tender.
Drain.
Add the onion and Miracle Whip.
Then slice the cheese and spread through the mixture.
Fry the bacon real crisp.
Drain.
Crumble on top of the casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
You can put the olives on top, if desired.
Season to taste.
