Fried Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. club cracker crumbs
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 lb. boneless turkey breast
Preparation
    Roll crackers into crumbs.
    Beat eggs with fork.
    Cut turkey breast into small pieces (not too small).
    Dip turkey into egg and roll in crackers.
    Drop into hot oil until golden brown.
    Turn and brown other side.
    Remove from oil and place on rack in roaster. Mix Kitchen Bouquet and water.
    Pour half mixture slowly over meat.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Pour rest of water and Kitchen Bouquet over meat after 3/4 hour of baking.
