Apple Cider Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 (8 oz.) jelly glasses
    paraffin
    4 c. fresh apple cider
    1 (1 3/4 oz.) pkg. fruit pectin
    5 c. sugar
    red food coloring (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare glasses and lids and melt paraffin.
    In large saucepan or Dutch oven, mix apple cider and fruit pectin well.
    Heat mixture over high heat, stirring constantly, until rapidly boiling.
    Stir in sugar; boil again 1 minute, stirring constantly.
