Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (7 oz.) whole chilies, mild green
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. shredded Jack cheese
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Seed and rinse chilies.
    Spread 1/2 of the chilies in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Put
    Cheddar
    cheese
    on top.
    Layer the rest of the chilies and then the Jack cheese on top.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Mix
    the
    remaining
    ingredients
    and fold into stiff egg whites.
    Pour
    over
    chili
    and
    cheese in baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0
    for 45 minutes.
    Great for brunches.
