Italian Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. butter, melted and cooled
    2 c. dairy sour cream
    graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, with electric mixer, cream the Ricotta cheese and cream cheese.
    Add sugar, eggs, vanilla and lemon extract.
    Mix well.
    Add flour and cornstarch, then add the melted butter.
    Fold in sour cream.
