Pineapple Ritz - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Spray bottom of a 9 x 12 pan with cooking spray.
Place pineapple chunks evenly over the bottom.
Sprinkle sugar and flour over chunks.
Top with crackers, then pour melted butter over crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove and add cheese.
Return to oven for 10 more minutes until cheese is well melted.
