Hot Fudge Sauce For Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. canned cream
    1/3 c. butter
Preparation
    Mix cocoa and sugar together.
    Stir in the cream and cook over low heat.
    Add butter.
    Continue to cook until mixture forms a soft ball when dropped into cup of cold water.
    Remove from heat and place boiler in cool water.
    Beat until desired consistency. Makes 1 cup.
    Store in refrigerator.
