Zucchini Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add sugar, vanilla, oil and zucchini. Blend well.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Stir in pineapple, raisins and nuts.
    Bake in 2 well-greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done when tested with a toothpick.
    Cool in pans on wire rack.
