Pork And Rice Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 thin pork chops
1 c. rice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 c. milk
Preparation
-
Season chops with salt and pepper.
Brown in skillet.
Place in baking pan and cover with rice.
Pour soup and milk mixture over the chops and rice.
Be careful to cover all rice with liquid. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 6.
