Pear Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

15 c. pear sauce
12 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cook pear sauce and sugar 3 to 4 hours.
Add vanilla, vinegar and salt.
Stir well.
