Peach Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 medium or large peaches
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. honey
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Peel, pit and chop peaches.
    Cook in small amount of water until soft.
    Press through sieve or food mill, or puree in blender.
    Measure 2 quarts of pulp.
