No Fail Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 stick margarine

Preparation

Boil on 2 (next to highest) until can't stir down for 1 minute.
Then beat
with
mixer
for
8
minutes
or
until it thickens and loses its gloss.
