Blue Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. vinegar
4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
4 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
Preparation

Mix first seven ingredients until well blended, either by hand or in a blender.
Stir in cheese gently.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Makes 3 cups. Keeps well for 2 weeks if refrigerated.
