Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 c. sour milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. rhubarb, cut up
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together the first 7 ingredients.
    Fold in rhubarb.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Top with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serves 12 to 15 people.
