Low-Fat Marinated Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. Kraft Free Italian dressing
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 pkg. fresh sliced mushrooms (optional)
Preparation

Pour dressing and soy sauce in skillet.
Heat to boiling. Blend with whisk.
Reduce heat to medium.
Place chicken breasts in skillet and dump mushrooms on top, if desired.
Cover skillet and cook 4 to 6 minutes.
Turn breasts and cook additional 4 to 6 minutes until juice runs clear when poked with fork.
Serve with rice or noodles.
