Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 carrots, peeled and diced
    3 carrots, sliced
    2 celery stalks, sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. milk
    4 bacon strips, fried and crumbled
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place potatoes, carrots, celery and onions in a large pan; cover with water and cook until tender.
    Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, butter and soup.
    Add milk, salt, pepper and bacon.
    Add to vegetables and heat through.
