Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. zucchini, shredded
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. chopped Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted oleo
1 onion, chopped
Preparation

Mix everything together except oleo and 1/2 of cracker crumbs. Put in baking dish and put rest of cracker crumbs on top.
Pour melted oleo on top of crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
