Vegetable Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, grated
    1 large carrot, grated
    1 small potato, grated
    1/4 c. raw rice
    1 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix meat, cheese, vegetables, rice and seasonings.
    Form meat into balls, about 1/2 cup each.
    Mix soup, ketchup and water. Pour sauce into baking dish and arrange meatballs.
    Baste meatballs with sauce.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
