Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 jar Russian salad dressing
1 jar apricot preserves
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/4 c. water in Russian dressing bottle
chicken pieces
pineapple chunks
green pepper strips
Preparation

Mix together.
Pour over chicken pieces.
Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Remove foil.
Add pineapple and green pepper.
Bake uncovered 10 to 15 more minutes.
Serve over rice.
