Party Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tsp. minced onion
chopped pecans
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. green pepper
dash of salt and cayenne pepper
Preparation

Let cheese stand at room temperature.
Combine cheeses and mix well.
Blend in pimentos, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, cayenne and salt.
Form into ball with hands. Wrap in wax paper and chill until firm.
Reshape into balls and roll in chopped pecans.
