Mystery Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pecans
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
20 crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Grease an aluminum pie pan.
Put in mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
Place in refrigerator; cool.
Just before serving, top with Cool Whip.
