Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    2 eggs
    3 c. rhubarb
    2 Tbsp. milk or cream
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 rounded Tbsp. flour
    dash of cinnamon or nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs with cream.
    Add dry ingredients and rhubarb; pour in pie shell and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes.
