Pear Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. pears, peeled and cored
    10 c. sugar
    2 (8 1/2 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Put pears through coarse food processor. Combine all ingredients and cook until thick and transparent.
    Put in jars and process in water bath (boiling) for 5 minutes.
