Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    If fillets are large, cut into serving size.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Mix juice, onion and butter mixture.
    Place in greased pan.
    Pour remaining butter mixture over fish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
