Tasty Thai Shrimp And Sesame Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Newman's light Italian dressing
    2 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. grated, peeled ginger
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. capellini or angel hair pasta
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 carrot, peeled and shredded
    1 c. chopped green onions
    1/4 c. chopped cilantro
Preparation
    About 1 1/4 hours before serving, mix shrimp with 1/3 of Newman's dressing.
    Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
    With a whisk, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, ginger, crushed red peppers and remaining dressing; set aside.
    After shrimp have marinated for 1 hour, prepare capellini as directed as label directs; drain.
