Potluck Pan Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1/4 oz.) pkg. active dry yeast
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. warm water, divided
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
2 eggs
1/4 c. instant powder milk
1 1/4 tsp. salt
5 1/2 to 6 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in 1/2 cup water. Add butter, eggs, powdered milk, salt, 3 cups flour and remaining sugar and water. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes or until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough.
