Ginger Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 small onion
    1 stalk celery
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
Preparation
    Cut onion and celery into small pieces.
    Blend all ingredients in blender or processor at medium speed for 2 minutes. Refrigerate.
    Will keep 1 week.
    Makes 3 cups.
